At this stunning location with great views, I had to rebuild a wall and insert a new automated sliding gate. This is how I achieved it:
1. Rebuilt wall using concrete blocks
2. Rendered both sides of wall
3. Painted both sides
4. Laid new track for sliding gate
5. Inserted new sliding gate
This carport was constructed by building supporting pillars - which were rendered & painted - using concrete beams to form the roof. Photos show how this was achieved:
Converted a large porch and patio area into a partly enclosed living room space. The work included; rendering with sand & cement the walls, laid new floor tiles, plastered & painted the "beamed" ceiling, fitted double glazed patio doors and windows.
In this project I converted a garage into a bedroom with a bathroom ensuite. The entrance had an arched double glazed window inserted; the ceiling and walls plastered & painted and the floor tiled - in the ensuite I tiled the walls & floor and plastered & painted the ceiling.

In this house one window frame was replaced with a new double glazed unit with shutters, an opening was created upstairs enabling another double glazed window frame to be inserted. At the balcony the old patio doors & shutter was removed , replaced with a double glazed door and roller shutters.
The whole of the front was then rendered and painted.
