Openplan Kitchen & Living Room Ceiling And Walls Plastered

At a seafront property in Margate, Kent, two walls have been removed to create an open space for a new Kitchen and Living Room area. The previous artex ceiling has been plastered. The damaged walls have also been repaired and plastered to a smooth finish.

Porch And Patio

Converted a large porch and patio area into a partly enclosed living room space. The work included; rendering with sand & cement the walls, laid new floor tiles, plastered & painted the "beamed" ceiling, fitted double glazed patio doors and windows.

2 Bedroom Flat - Renovated, Plastered & Tiled

One of the most interesting projects I've been involved in was to renovate a downstairs area into a self-contained flat with; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room & kitchen. I also had to build some tiled steps to enable access to the upstairs. The photos help to show how this was achieved.

Tiled Steps To New Apartment

In this project the clients wanted an access from their upstairs living room to the new downstairs apartment. We made a hole in the floor then built the tiled steps.
