Refurbishing And Rendering
There are great advantages to refurbishing and rendering an exterior of a property, rather than demolishing and rebuilding. It's cheaper, it can be quicker and it's more environmentally friendly - as no rubble is added to landfill.

Real glad there isn't a lot of plastering to do in this house though...not easy at all
